Entrepreneurial Women In ICT &#8211; Enhancing Skills to Bridge Digital Divide\u201d visou minimizar a lacuna entre homens e mulheres em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s TIC e ao empreendedorismo no que concerne a compet\u00eancias e oportunidades.<\/p><p>O projeto gerou <strong>recursos educativos inovadores<\/strong>, incluindo uma plataforma online de aprendizagem, ferramentas pedag\u00f3gicas e de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como um <strong>modelo de ensino online adaptado \u00e0s necessidades das mulheres<\/strong> na \u00e1rea das TIC. Al\u00e9m disso, promoveu atividades como <strong>mobilidade combinada<\/strong> para mulheres em forma\u00e7\u00e3o, criando um ambiente de aprendizagem inclusivo e acess\u00edvel.<\/p><p>O <strong>eWomen in ICT<\/strong> contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>cinco institui\u00e7\u00f5es europeias<\/strong>, que colaboraram para combater a desigualdade de g\u00e9nero no setor tecnol\u00f3gico e fomentar oportunidades reais para mulheres empreendedoras.<\/p><p>Este projeto representa um passo importante na <strong>redu\u00e7\u00e3o da disparidade digital<\/strong>, promovendo um setor tecnol\u00f3gico mais inclusivo e equitativo para todas as O eWomen in ICT contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de cinco institui\u00e7\u00f5es europeias, que colaboraram para combater a desigualdade de g\u00e9nero no setor tecnol\u00f3gico e fomentar oportunidades reais para mulheres empreendedoras.
